Web collaboration features include co-browsing & web-page pushing. These features make it easier for our agents to serve & guide your customers through the web.

Co-browsing allows the agent to view the same web page as the customer and assist in filling out web-based forms.

Page pushing allows the agent to send URL's directly to the customer, giving immediate access to information that has already been placed on a web page.
